TERMS & CONDITIONS
Booking
1. Booking Process
All submissions made through this platform are treated as booking requests only and do not constitute a confirmed booking.
A booking is confirmed only once the selected talent has accepted the request and Out Of Office has issued a written confirmation.
Out Of Office reserves the right to accept or decline any booking request at its discretion.
2. Payments
A deposit will be required to secure a booking.
The remaining balance must be paid within the agreed timeframe before the event, unless otherwise specified.
Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in cancellation of the booking.
Payment terms will be confirmed per booking, where applicable.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If a booking is cancelled by the client within a specified period before the event date, deposits are forfeited, and additional fees may apply.
Rescheduling requests are subject to the availability of the selected talent and are not guaranteed.
Out Of Office will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes where possible.
4. Talent Substitution
If the selected talent is unable to perform due to unforeseen circumstances, Out Of Office reserves the right to provide a suitable replacement of a similar standard.
Any substitution will be communicated in advance where possible.
5. Event Requirements
The organiser is responsible for ensuring that the event environment is safe and suitable for performance.
This includes, but is not limited to, appropriate staging, power supply, and venue access.
Set times, access times, and event details must be clearly communicated and agreed upon in advance.
6. Technical Requirements
The organiser is responsible for providing the required audio equipment unless otherwise agreed.
Minimum technical requirements will be communicated where applicable.
If required equipment is not provided or does not meet acceptable standards, this may affect the performance and this does not constitute grounds for non-payment.
7. Hospitality
The organiser agrees to provide reasonable hospitality for the talent.
This includes access to bottled still water and a secure space for personal belongings.
Additional hospitality requirements may be agreed on a per-booking basis.
8. Liability
The organiser is responsible for any damage to equipment or property caused during the event.
Out Of Office and the talent shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from circumstances beyond their control.
Both parties agree to act in good faith to ensure a safe and successful event.
9. Media and Promotion
Out Of Office and the talent reserve the right to capture photo and video content during the event for promotional purposes.
The organiser agrees that such content may be used across digital and marketing platforms unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Privacy
By submitting a booking request, you consent to your information being collected and processed for the purpose of facilitating the booking.
Your information may be shared with the selected talent where necessary.
All personal information will be handled in accordance with the Out Of Office Privacy Policy.
